Like the saying goes: Life is a rollercoaster

So the past couple of months has been a big trip for me. I had my first surgery (which was a lot of fun, not!), took a class during the summer (which I had to be up and out of the house around 6:30/7:00am), got the hospital bills (man it's a lot of money), my step dad's been in and out of the hospital (but since he goes to Hines VA hospital his bills are a lot less then mine), my sister got an apartment with friends, my brother has started Panther Football, my dad's got a new girlfriend and so many other things.

Currently I am working on cleaning my room (when you can't see your floor you know that it's time to clean it), working extra hours to try and make up for the ones I missed from the surgery and 3 weeks that I had to take off, working on a latch hook that I got many years ago and I'm going to have to find a way to fix my paper shredder (while shredding stuff from my room last night, it quit working. I guess I'm going to have to take it apart and try to fix it).

School starts in less than a month and I still need to finish applying for FASFA and hope that they pay for a good chunch of schooling. I will hopefully be done with my room before school starts (if you don't know me too well, I've got over 3,000 books and have a bad habit of putting things in bags and just shoving them on top of each other).

I hope that everyone is having a good and safe summer! I'll try to post more often about general items or more personal.
